This is not a huge issue as arch:all packages are built on amd64, but it
may be something upstream wants to fix.

This seems to be really linked to the limited resources of the VM used
in CI.
I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my laptop in a i386 schroot.
The test works on fake sentinel1 data whose number of lines and samples
is quite large, so I expect the test to require a large amount o memory.
Not sure it worth to open an issue upstream.
