Package build depends on numpy but doesn't use dh_numpy3.
Add the numpy3 helper to the dh --with invocation or add dh-sequence-numpy3 to the build dependencies.
licenses/XARRAY_LICENSE mentions copyright for xarray developers which is not reflected in debian/copyright.
