This seems to use the wrong package name:

If I understand the intend of X-Time64-Compat correctly, it's only
required for libgeos-c1t64 because that replaced the v5 suffix with t64,
libgeos3.12.1t64 only adds the t64 suffix and shouldn't need
X-Time64-Compat.
