I looked at it and I'm not sure to understand.
bpack cannot be installed on s390x because of missing dependencies.
Specifically python3-bitstruct is not available on that platform.
What is not clear to me is why this is considered a regression.
In the end bpack has never bee in testing.
Shall I contact the release team?
