I inspected the generated .deb and the control file actually has a dependency on
python3-numpy2-abi0 | python3-numpy-abi9

The package hasn't been uploaded yet. What's blocking that?
I was trying to solve the lintian error.
Now I have confirmed that it is a false positive so I will upload immediately
