NetCDF bumped its SONAME in patch release and took quite a while to get from RC1 to a final release.
Most rdeps built successfully, although there were three failures due to _FillValue being renamed to NC_FillValue. These bugreports all have patches. ncl encounters various build failures but continues none the less until dh_missing causes the build the fail near the end. v-sim (3.7.2-9) FTBFS due to unrelated reasons.
