This buildfailures due to symbols changes are unexpected for a C codebase,
whose symbols tend to be stable.

I've added an override for dh_makeshlibs to not fail, but you may want to drop
the symbols file entirely and add a lintian override for
no-symbols-control-file like we do for C++ libraries, or use
pkg-kde-symbolshelper.

I've reverted the -c0 change, keeping only -v for dh_makeshlibs, and fixed the
symbols files using arch-bits tags.

Tool chain updates may still break the symbols file which is an argument for
-c0 and switching to pkgkde-symbolshelper, but it's also an argument to just
drop the symbols file and add the lintian override.

Ah, I missed that. The reason is that Pieter reimplemented the
chainHull function (for licensing issue pointed by ftpmasters) in a C++ module
instead of a C one. I see that tentatively there is some commented C-only code
in the myhull.cc module.

I missed myhull.cc as well, I was only looking for .cpp files.

Kind Regards,

Bas
