The python3-sparse dependency will block testing migration, because it
depends on numba which has a problematic llvmlite dependency.
Both are not in testing due to RC bugs without visible work on fixes.
python-xarray is in the same boat, even when the autopkgtest regressions
get fixed, its python3-sparse dependency will prevent testing migration.

Yes, I see.
Now I remember why the dependency on sparse was missing.
