The python3.15-add transition has started (#1147081), but the

Ok, do you know if there is some tracker which I can follow to see the
state of the transition, or maybe this one is handled "by hand"
without any tracker?

At this point I'm not sure if I should better stop reporting python
bugs altogether for a few days, or maybe they could still be used to
determine accurately which packages need to be binNMUed.
If I were in your position, I'd wait until the python3.15-add nears completion
before bothering the python packages which fail due to 3.15.
