1.6.7 is already packaged on our svn repository. The 1.8.0 is still not ready but it will require a suitable staging area to check if it does not create problems to hdf5 reverse deps. I'm not inclined to have in the archive both 1.8 and 1.6, it would be better if other upstreams would move to the new API, it requires time. For sure both libs are due post-lenny anyway. -- Francesco P.
