Package: grass
Version: 6.4.0~rc5+39438-1
Severity: normal
Usertags: embedded-code-copy

Your binary package embeds a copy of the subprocess module,
which is a part of the standard Python library.

Please drop the module from the binary package and (if necessary)
modify the package to use the standard module.

This is not the case, the compat/subprocess.py module is only present
for compatibility with pre-2.3 version of python and used only if
no system module is present. So it is embedded, but not used in any
recent Python version. Removing that code is quite pointless.

Cheers.
