Well, eliminate this middle step please,
HEAD http://proj.osgeo.org/ --> 302 Found
HEAD http://trac.osgeo.org/proj --> 301 Moved Permanently
HEAD http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/ --> 200 OK
if you want users to use it. There should be no 301s in the chain if you
want us to still use it instead of the 200 OK one.
OK, I've adjusted the rewrite rule to point directly to
http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/
