Note that while it is straighforward fixing this specific issue, and also building correctly with current GEOS C library, current mapserver has another issue due to recent Php 5.4 migration. This is the fix, which could be useful for other programs too: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=59731 to be included ASAP. -- Francesco P.
