Package: proj
Version: 4.4.5-1
Severity: normal

+towgs84 is not documented.
Proof:
$ dpkg -L proj|xargs zgrep -l towgs
/usr/lib/libproj.so.0.3.1
/usr/lib/libproj.a
/usr/share/proj/epsg
/usr/share/doc/proj/changelog.gz
/usr/lib/libproj.so.0
/usr/lib/libproj.so
$ dpkg -L proj-ps-doc|xargs zgrep -l towgs

How are we supposed to use it if it is not documented?
There's 7 fields to document: +towgs84=-255,-15,71,0,0,0,0

By the way, I see you hardwired 'ps' into the doc package name.
[I was trying to see how much of http://jidanni.org/test/transfer.for
that cs2cs could do for me.]
