Hi, your package qgis installs one or multiple files in /usr/share/mimelnk/. Those mimelink files were used by KDE3 which is long gone. Afaik, the last Debian release shipping with KDE3 was Debian Lenny, released in 2009. Nowadays those files are just cruft.
