Please add ogg vorbis tremor plugin (libgstivorbis.so), which is
being described on this page:

The tremor support in gstreamer will heavily improve ogg decoding on
ARM devices, like the Openmoko Freerunner. Please note, that pkg-fso
guys are using gstreamer for playing ring tones and tremor would
improve the usability by having shorter delays between the
call notification and the ring tone.
The needed tremor library (libvorbisidec) is already packaged for
Debian as libvorbisidec-dev, so adding support for this in the
gstreamer package should be no problem.
