Dear maintainers,
When compiling the package haskell-yi-core for loong64 in the Debian
Package Auto-Building environment [1], The error message is as follows:

ghc: unrecognised flag: -XNoMonadFailDesugaring

# ghc --version
The Glorious Glasgow Haskell Compilation System, version 9.4.6
The full compilation log can be found at [2].
Other architectures use ghc version 9.0.2 to compile haskell-yi-core
properly, refer to riscv64's compilation log [3].
