If a new upload to the NEW queue is required I'd suggest renaming the binary package from libhbci4java-java to libhbci-java. We did something like that for mysql-connector-java to avoid repeating 'java' in the package name.
Good point, the jar is actually named hbci4j-core.jar, so I guess it should be libhbci4j-core-java?
