I believe this issue is related to the patches that disable JIT
compilation.

After some searching I found this commit for chromium.

Perhaps the if else conditional will make a difference. I have applied a
new patch to test it while also fixing #910501.

The code that throws the error message is in asm.rb but it has more to
do with LLIntOffsetsExtractor.
