The nb-javac module was not initially detected. It turned out that I
had to modify the MANIFEST file in org-netbeans-libs-javacimpl.jar and
org-netbeans-libs-javacapi.jar to point to the system jar file of
nb-javac-9-api-jar and nb-javac-9-impl.jar (libnb-javaparser-java).
See also nb-javac.patch.
This triggers a java.lang.SecurityException: sealing violation now.
The warning seems to be harmless and the IDE continues to work but the
user is notified on every startup about it. Ideally the patch should
not be necessary and the SecurityException should be avoided.

Update nb-javac.patch and hide some classes from the CLASSPATH. nb-javac
needs to override classfiles in the JDK and some OSGi metadata is only
present in the prebuilt version from the plugin portal. This has to be
added to fix the sealing violation error.
