upgrading icedtea-next to versions 1.7.2-2 and 1.8.2-2 fails to select values
in drop-down menus with the .jnlp files of the Italian Revenue Agency like
http://jws.agenziaentrate.it/jws/dichiarazioni/2019/77019.jnlp
Using version 1.6.2-3.1+deb9u1 workaround the problem.
