Thanks for your work packaging openchemlab!

I'm afraid I have to reject this package. One of our trainees
pointed out a few missing licenses. One of which is for sure not
DFSG free.

The path 
`openchemlib-openchemlib-2019.7.0\src\main\java\org\openmolecules\chem\conf\so\TorsionRule.java`
(and friends) have what looks to be a nonfree license. Is there any 
documentation
of that package being under a different license?

There's also the Clearthought Software License under `info.clearthought` that 
should
be added to the copyright file as well.
