The software at java.freehep.org was declared "obsolete" in 2007, but
has been taken up at http://freehep.github.io/freehep-vectorgraphics/
where it is undergoing - AFAICT - minor development and bug-fixing
work. The current release is version 2.4 - it may well make sense to
package this in place of the current version.
This obviously applies to all of the freehep-vectorgraphics packages,
but I'm only writing this single bug report.
