Looking at the pom.xml diff, it seems that version 55-1 introduced a dependency on org.junit/junit-bom, which is not packaged in Debian.
org.junit/junit-bom is packaged in Debian, as part of the junit5 package:
junit5: /usr/share/maven-repo/org/junit/junit-bom/debian/junit-bom-debian.pom
It's probably not a good idea to include it as a dependency for libcommons-parent-java though...
