Tomcat 4.0, 5.0 and 5.5 are totally different development streams with different features. I think we can just get rid of tomcat4 now as its totally dead. This way we get rid of another package in contrib too. When tomcat5.5 is in the archive and we added the needed patches to eclipse to work with it we should remove tomcat5 too.
