Hi, I 've just upgraded my debian environment to Java 6, and extended java-package to create debs for the jdk, jre and docs. The changes in the attached archive are more complete than those cited in postings I've found. I've not done anything with plug-ins, but the rest is working, including installing the new Java 6 tools.
