Ant was build long time ago. Currently the same version of ant is in
etch/stable and sid/unstable. It doesnt a new java-gcj-compat, just a
working one. Making it Build-Depending on a new java-gcj-compat makes
backporting stuff to etch/stable unneccesarily hard.
