I have installed debian package sun-java6-jdk, which has it's files in
/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.00 and creates symlink
/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun.
When I start eclipse, it searches several pathes and fails with error that
JDK is required:
