Arnaud already replied with the link to wiki. The problem is that I was expecting the information on pkg-java project home page and hence didn't find it myself. I have added my ssh key. I will checkout svn sometime today, about 12 hours from now. I should have 'electric' packaged by Monday. It should be possible to import Ubuntu version with minimal changes.
