The C runtime won't enter Debian until the next ANTLR v3 release and the upload of that version of ANTLR to Debian. It's unclear when this will happen, though, as: - the Debian-java maintainer behind ANTLR is MIA; - ANTLR upstream switched to Maven for its build system, which is a real PITA for distributions like us; - the ANTLR upstream tarball for 3.1.3 is missing files, like the Maven ANTLR plugin and the master POM. Updating ANTLR in Debian is a major task and nobody has committed to doing it yet; ANTLR 3.0.x is so buggy that it's worthless.
