I just created a workspace with the java project "äüël":
* Fails to save files normally (always requires a save as, which says
the file already exists).
* Cannot run class files (ClassNotFoundException)
* Restarting eclipse causes it to notice the project but being unable
to find the ".project" file making it useless.
I suspect this is a Debian bug, since my local upstream 3.3 install is
unaffected!
