We can build eclipse with the lucene2 from experimental; however it fails in
the version uploaded to unstable. I just tried the 2.9.1+ds1-4 version as well
and it also fails.
The issue is in lucene-analyzers.jar, where the SymbolicName has changed since
experimental; causing eclipse to think that lucene-analysis is not present.
