No problem. The mail est precisely meant for this: help maintainers to
learn formalized and unformalized processes..:-)

Nope..:-)

And as translators don't like being below 100% (and use unstable as
reference), you'll get translations anyway. So, it's certainly best to
at least make a first polish of templates, have a call for
translations. Even if templates are changes again, then you'll have a
great opportunity to learn about the "podebconf-report-po" tool that
does calls for translations automagically..:)
