As I understand this bug, the issue is that previous version of eclipse
allowed you to update the components shipped via Debian. This is no
longer the case in version 3.5.2-1 (or later). Which is why I am closing
this bug.
If I misunderstood the issue or if you are able to reproduce this in
3.5.2-1 (or later) please write back so we can have a look at it.
