cobertura is one of the last 3 packages Build-Depending on libservlet2.3-java,
which we hoping to remove in squeeze. Both 2.4 and 2.5 ought to be backwards
compatible with 2.3.
Also, none of the binary packages depend on libservlet2.3-java; is it really
only a B-D?
