I'm looking at svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-java/trunk/commons-daemon (while working on a private fix for bug #578661) and noticed a few problems specifically with r10449:
1) The changes made in r8513 were reverted for no obvious reason. In particular, the debian/watch file is still/again specifying an obsolete location for the upstream packages. 2) Some of the changes described in debian/changelog, and present in the actual package .diff.gz, haven't been checked into svn. This is true at least of the changes to src/native/unix/support/apsupport.m4; I'm guessing that all changes to files outside the debian/ subtree are missing.
