Hello,

Yes it's a bit short ;op sorry ...
This time I investigated a bit more.
I made a mistake when configuring FreeMind : in the "environment"
section, at "automatic saves path" (in my locale (fr) it is "chemin pour
les sauvegardes automatiques"), I put "${HOME}/path/to/somewhere". Since
I correct it with "/home/user/path/to/somewhere", all is working fine.
However, I find the issue is interresting.
You would find enclosed the output with the wrong parameter, resulting
in NullPointerException when trying to close the program from the UI.
I Hope this would be usefull for you.
Thank you for answering so quickly.

allow me to close the bug: FreeMind doesn't support environment variables in its configuration but it is nowhere said that it would (and documenting everything that it will NOT do would lead us too far).

If you feel that this is a missing feature, please place a request upstream at http://sf.net/projects/freemind.

Cheers, Eric
