Hi maintainer, there are problems with the package.
- AFAIK there is no tool in main that can edit msv/src/com/sun/msv/*/*/doc-files/*.vsd which makes those files non-free. - The license (GPL2+) of msv/contrib/sunmsv.el is not documented. - The full tree generator/ is non-free, please check the license text at generator/doc/license.txt.
