Please remove all plugins but mozilla-javaplugin.so from
/usr/lib/jvm/.java-6-sun.jinfo and from update-java-alternatives configuration.
Currently there are the following ones:

plugin firefox-javaplugin.so /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
plugin iceape-javaplugin.so /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
plugin iceweasel-javaplugin.so /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
plugin mozilla-javaplugin.so /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
plugin midbrowser-javaplugin.so
/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
plugin xulrunner-javaplugin.so /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
Remove them all and just keep:
plugin mozilla-javaplugin.so /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
If you use update-java-alternatives, iceweasel always finds sun non-free plugin
even though openjdk is installed and selected.
