OK, I think I've tracked this down. It seems jna-posix.jar takes
precedence on jnr-posix.jar. I hadn't the former installed on my box.

Could you please give a try at removing "/usr/share/java/jna-posix.jar"
from the classpath in these scripts?
        /usr/bin/sikuli-ide
        /usr/bin/sikuli
