And first guess got it: If I build using wheezy official packages as build-deps, then jetty builds fine. If I replace just libgeronimo-jta-1.1-spec-java_1.1.1-2_all.deb with the one I rebuilt myself (in wheezy), then jetty fails to build. So it would seem rebuilding libgeronimo-jta-1.1-spec, results in something that doesn't work the same as what is in wheezy. I guess the bug has to be punted to libgeronimo-jta-1.1-spec then.
