Howdy maintainer, It's mildly concerning to have all these bianries in the source package.
I can't tell if they're actually built form the sources in question, but you're rebuilding everything OK in debian/rules. It's make me feel better if they were removed in a DFSG repack, we totally don't need all these windows DLLs and Solaris .so files in our archive. I'm going to let this through, but I'd strongly suggest that you consider removing these guys from the Debian sources.
