During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder
and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error.

artifacts could not be resolved: org.springframework:spring-core:jar:3.x,

( in offline mode and the artifact 
org.springframework:spring-core:jar:3.x has not been downloaded from it before.
