Dear Maintainer,

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that 'wsdl4j' could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch use a plain text representation of the copyright
character in the build.xml file, to avoid encoding issues with javadoc.
Once applied, wsdl4j can be built reproducibly in our current
experimental framework.
