That's how mh_installpom works in maven-repo-helper, but this behavior wasn't replicated in the SysInstallMojo of maven-debian-helper. As a consequence, the libraries packaged without the debian.hasPackageVersion property can never be versioned in the ${maven:Depends} variable of packages depending on them.
