I can still reproduce this in my builder: https://paste.debian.net/997358/ Note that the builder has a weird set of packages installed; it's not quite what pbuilder would install as it uses apt(1) for resolution, and has some packages pre-installed for performance reasons. It is otherwise a clean environment, though.
