node-babel7 is now in unstable. I have uploaded some affected packages already to unstable and will upload the remaining packages now.
Thanks to yadd for getting node-babel7 in the archive and Nilesh for helping fix some of the failures.
Now we should try to get node-babel-loader updated and do a similar transition for all packages build depending on it.
