Here is the changelog.
* first: 4.0.1+ds+~4.0.3-3 wasn't pushed (to NEW)
* second: I don't see any change related to webpack5
and in your changes, your debian/node-esprima.install is wrong. Use simply:
$ cat > debian/node-esprima.install <<EOF
usr/share/nodejs
usr/bin
EOF
