node-tap 15 is ready. I dropped dependency to treport (React-style
report) because this one depends on ink which depends on
node-yoga-layout-prebuild which hides problems with node-yoga-layout:
unbuildable due to problem with deprecated/broken nbind.
All seems OK but regression can come: coverage is enabled by default. I
fixed packages shown by pseudo-experimental reports. If you see
regression, try to add "--no-cov" in your test.
I will upload node-tap to unstable probably tomorrow.
