I don't think it is that easy.
If I have a look at the repository Adam Lippai clearly has contributed
to this software. So his copyright claims could not be wrong.
The question is whether Artem S Vybornov has created the first version
of the software or whether the license file is just a copy/paste error
from Adam Lippai.
But this can only be answered by Adam Lippai ...
